Quick Peach Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 ripe peaches pitted and diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced and zested
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper minced

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the peaches, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice and zest, garlic and jalapeno. Season with salt to taste and chill until ready to serve.
