INGREDIENTS
- 26 oz bottle of preferred barbeque sauce
- 4.5 lb pork shoulder
- 8.5 oz bottle of balsamic vinegar
- Slices of sweet pepper and red onion, for topping sandwiches
- Chopped cilantro, for topping sandwiches
- Balsamic vinaigrette for dipping
INSTRUCTIONS
Place pork, bbq sauce, and balsamic vinegar in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. When thoroughly cooked to recommended temperature, shred the pork for sandwiches.
Serve on hoagie rolls with toppings and a bowl of balsamic vinaigrette for dipping.
