Balsamic BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients
  

  • 26 oz bottle of preferred barbeque sauce
  • 4.5 lb pork shoulder
  • 8.5 oz bottle of balsamic vinegar
  • Slices of sweet pepper and red onion for topping sandwiches
  • Chopped cilantro for topping sandwiches
  • Balsamic vinaigrette for dipping

Method
 

  1. Place pork, bbq sauce, and balsamic vinegar in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. When thoroughly cooked to recommended temperature, shred the pork for sandwiches.
  2. Serve on hoagie rolls with toppings and a bowl of balsamic vinaigrette for dipping.
