Method
- Place pork, bbq sauce, and balsamic vinegar in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. When thoroughly cooked to recommended temperature, shred the pork for sandwiches.
- Serve on hoagie rolls with toppings and a bowl of balsamic vinaigrette for dipping.
