Green Chile Roasting season has begun! Place your order now for this local favorite! Just $34.99 per box. Or get them unroasted for $30.99. All roasted green chile is sold by order only; Monday – Friday with a limited number of roasting spots per day. We currently have medium and hot chilies available. We will have mild and extra hot as soon as the chilies are ready. Stop by Customer Service or call 970-563-4400 ex1 to place your order. We will call you when your chilies are read on the day of your order. Spots fill fast so order now! 
Look for small bags of roasted green available in the produce section.
Unfortunately we can not provide same day roasting.
