San Ignatius Taco bar and Cornhole! The San Ignatius Fiesta is Saturday, July 30th! Come out to enjoy the Fiesta Parade at 10 am, then head over to Famers Fresh and get your delicious mesquite grilled Carne Asada tacos for lunch.
These mouthwatering tacos are grilled fresh over mesquite charcoal, then topped just right with cilantro, onion and salsa. Enjoy an ear of corn on the cob or a slice of watermelon with it.
For something more, try an ear of Mexican Street Corn; corn on the cob smothered in butter, sour cream, cojito cheese and red chile powder. Mmmmmmm….You can’t go wrong with fresh tacos and street corn.
Sign up for the Cornhole Tournament put on by the Outsiders Cornhole Club. Registration starts at 10, bags fly after the parade. $45 per team with full pay out. Pre-register on the Scoreholio App under San Ignacio. Find their group on Facebook under Outsiders Cornhole Club.
